Description
This Hornady Custom Grade Rifle 2 die set contains a full length sizing die and a standard bullet seating die. The full length sizing die pushes the expander plug through the case mouth sizing the mouth to factory specifications. The de-capping pin on the first die removes the spent primer from the brass with its expander plug, rod and pin assembly. In a simultaneous action, it also sizes the case wall back to factory dimensions. The bullet seating die contains an adjustable seating plug that will seat your chosen bullet to the depth you specify and simultaneously engages a roll crimp to lock your bullet into place. The result produces consistent and dependable ammunition that will serve you well whether you’re on the range or on a hunt. Regardless of brand, the Hornady 2 die set will fit all reloading presses that use the industry standard 7/8” x 14 thread dies.
