The semi-transparent hinged cover allows for easier identification of cartridges while still holding ammunition securely in one container. Plano Hinge Top Ammo Cases have proper hinges, not a one piece molding like other manufacturers. This ensures that the lid and the case bottom will not weaken and separate with repeated use. Plano Ammo Storage Cases uses a twin latch construction as well as an additional tie down point for added security and will hold up to 50 rounds of ammunition separating each cartridge individually.
