Transit times will depend upon your distance away from our postage location and these times are calculated in business days, not consecutive calendar days. Eg. Australia Post does not deliver on weekends or public holidays. The best way to know the estimated time of arrival for your order is to follow the link to the Australia Post tracking page and submit your tracking number online. By submitting your email address on the Australia Post website you can apply for automated email updates notifying you of the location of your parcel as it transits through the various distribution centres across the country.
It is our goal to get your order to you in the quickest time possible and we’ll do our best to ensure we do. As a guide, orders received before 11am Mon-Fri will have the best chance to be packed and posted on the same business day. Orders received after 11am may enter the postal system the following business day. Of course our packing staff will do their best to have your item in the post as soon as possible but please keep this in mind especially during busy periods.

Terms of Delivery
By using this website and therefore accepting these terms and policies you agree to appoint the carrier or postal service to be your agent in delivering the products on your behalf. Disputes over non-delivery or lost parcels shall be directed to each respective carrier provided in the email ArmsDealer sends to you. Where ArmsDealer can provide confirmation of delivery by first initial, surname and signature, you accept that the item has been delivered, even if it has not be signed by the consignee. ArmsDealer or its carriers will not be liable for losses or responsible in any way for your typographical errors in the delivery address and or your return address that you enter within the address field of our site.
Where we deliver
We deliver to most addresses within Australia and many around the world. (Restrictions apply, See International Delivery below). Either a street address or PO Box is acceptable for delivery via the Australia Post network unfortunately couriers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced.
Australia Post deliveries are made between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to have some available to sign for your item upon delivery. In the event no one is home to receive the parcel, a collection card will be left in your letter box indicating a time and location where you can collect your parcel. This is usually your local post office or business centre.
How we deliver
ArmsDealer mostly uses Australia Posts’ eParcel facility where possible. eParcel provides a fast, cost effective and convenient service that also offers tracking online via the Australia Post website. We will email you your tracking code upon shipping. Sometimes ArmsDealer utilizes courier services for shipping of your goods. Unfortunately couriers are only able to deliver to a street address. As with eParcel, ArmsDealer will email you the link and tracking code for your parcel when a courier service is used. Expect longer delivery times during busy periods like Christmas, Easter, Public Holidays and times of natural disaster (Fire, Flood, Cyclone etc).
Cost of delivery
Delivery charges are calculated on a per consignment basis and differ according to the size, weight and delivery address of your order. Shipping charges fluctuate and are subject to fuel levies and change without notice. When you are charged a shipping fee the amount will be visible in the checkout section of your order.
We do deliver internationally, but limitations apply. Restricted and dangerous goods will not be sent internationally at this stage. The Australian Customs Service requires an export approval from the Department of Defense for restricted articles. Items such as firearms, magazines, many firearm parts, scopes, ammunition, bullets, brass, etc. must be granted approval before they can be legally exported from Australia. We always seek to expand into new markets and we welcome your feedback and suggestions. Given significant enough demand, our team will strive to lawfully enable shipment of an increasing number of items into your country but at present these defense articles will not be shipped outside of Australia. Please feel free to Contact Us with your thoughts and suggestions.
ArmsDealer uses Australia Post to deliver your goods. You will be notified via email with a tracking code and link to the respective carrier so you can track the whereabouts of your package and estimate its time of arrival. Australia Post’s eParcel facility is our default road freight delivery method and is the most cost effective means of transport for our customers. For some items we offer an Express Post option enabling overnight delivery in metro areas nation wide. This is subject to dangerous goods and network restrictions. Please visit the Australia Post website for further details on your area and specific requirements. Please note Courier companies cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Drop Shipping & Third Party Shipping
In some circumstances we may drop ship certain products from our own suppliers or other inventory warehouse. Therefore you order may be broken into multiple components. You will still be emailed a tracking code so that you can best anticipate when to expect the arrival of your parcel.
